Sometimes diagnostics are obvious and simple, other times they are elusive, and hidden, we estimate that in about 85% of cases the diagnosis and quoting stage of a repair should take less than 24 hours.

Most repairs are same day once the part arrives at our store, then you receive an automated text confirming your part has arrived, and we send an automated text once the work order is finished.

Typically, we do not offer a loaner machine, unless the repair is for a Business Client, and shipping prohibits a reasonable repair time.

This is to keep our overhead costs down, so that I can pass those savings on to the customer.

There are over 80 unique models of MacBook and over 2000 unique models of Dell laptops.

So stocking this many parts would not only cost millions of dollars, it wouldn't fit in the store.
